Aubrey Vineyards, a D2C Kansas-based winery with two tasting rooms and 200 acres of vineyards, wanted to build a new, redesigned eCommerce platform to sell their branded wine, accessories, and custom-labeled bottles. In order to do this, they needed to build a custom tool for their site that allowed shoppers to design personalized labels or tailor an existing label template to their specific needs. Technopath delivered a streamlined Shopify website featuring a user-friendly interface, frictionless checkout, and a custom label solution. The redesign leveraged Shopify's marketing tools—including gift cards, discount coupons, and targeted email marketing—to create a conversion-optimized experience for streamlined purchasing and increased sales.

THE CHALLENGE

The new eCommerce platform did not support the design, preview, and ordering of custom-labeled bottles without disrupting the checkout workflow or creating operational bottlenecks in fulfillment.
