Adicora Swimwear, a Venezuelan-inspired swimwear line, wanted to migrate its eCommerce platform from Magento to Shopify. They needed an easily customizable solution that offers SEO features and advanced eCommerce analytics, while allowing the products to shine. Shopify was also a desirable option, seeing that Adicora began as an Instagram-only D2C brand and needed to enhance its off-social marketing efforts. They continue to benefit from Shopify's vast array of marketing tools, including custom gift cards, discount coupons, store statistics, targeted email marketing, and more. Technopath created a streamlined, user-friendly website with frictionless checkout, increasing conversions while staying within budget.  


THE CHALLENGE

Adicora’s brand expression outpaced its site performance and mobile usability, which impaired conversion during traffic spikes. They were experiencing friction with product discovery and variant selection (style/color/size) and sizing uncertainty. The checkout process and limited payment options increased cart abandonment. Inventory inaccuracy and poor order visibility led to higher support overhead during seasonal drops. Finally, the analytics were fragmented, making it difficult to understand which campaigns and pages drove sales.
