2AF | Firearms Online/Brick-and-Mortar Retailer
2AF is an online and brick-and-mortar firearm and accessory specialist known for friendly service, custom AR builds, shooting supplies, and training events. They partnered with Technopath to update and optimize their online experience. The initial focus was on developing and redesigning a new eCommerce site, architecting a compliant checkout tailored to the firearms industry, enhancing inventory control via ERP integration, and creating a digital marketing strategy to convert more visitors into loyal customers.
THE CHALLENGE
2AF needed to streamline and enhance its complaint-heavy online experience, buying journey, purchasing process, and stringent payment requirements; all of which created friction and bottlenecks that were limiting conversions and operational visibility. To construct a secure, compliant checkout flow, we had to navigate federal and state laws. We also needed to improve inventory accuracy, build a site that reflected their brand, and architect an industry-appropriate digital marketing strategy.
