Project Overview

bedgear needed multiple workstreams executed in parallel: digital marketing improvements, a platform migration, a full website redesign and rebuild, and an e-commerce foundation that could support growth and future expansion.

A major part of the engagement was designing and launching a custom Pillow ID experience. The tool guides shoppers to the right pillow based on body type and preferences, improving product accuracy and reducing friction. We built it as a JavaScript widget so it could be reused and embedded across retail partner sites.
