What’s the story?

Technopath was approached by a large, chain, brick-and-mortar superstore located in the Washington, DC area specifically for our consultation services. In business for a number of decades, they sell fireplaces & BBQs. During the pandemic, they were faced with the challenge of not having an online presence & made the decision to take the plunge. Seeing that there is little online competition in this area, the client recognized an opportunity in which their extensive expertise & knowledge would stand out & shine. 


Grom the get-go, the goal was to create a customer experience, similar to the in-store experience. Consumer choices are clearly laid out with a streamlined user interface, customer-centric flow, & easy navigation. Backed by a strong infrastructure, they knew they'd help clients on a higher level. After months of consultation & architecture, Fireplace Deals contracted Technopath to handle everything from development, design, & digital marketing services to business analysis, project management, & more. Our multifaceted relationship, one of which we are honored to be a part of, works together to continually enhance the value of the business.
